All of our products on houseplanify.com are digital downloads. Once your payment is completed successfully, your files are made available instantly for download through email and the account dashboard.

Because of this immediate access, the purchase is considered fulfilled right away.

For that reason, we’re unable to process cancellations or refunds after an order has been completed.

Unlike physical products, digital files cannot be returned once they’ve been delivered.

If you ordered the wrong plan, please contact us immediately for a reasonable resolution.
