What services and products does House Planify offer ?
Houseplanify offers unique high quality ready made house plans that are affordable. We also offer custom house design services and plan customizations.
How do I purchase a house plan ?
Select your preferred package on the house plan page, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. After payment is confirmed, you will receive an instant download page in your account.
How soon will I receive my files ?
All our plans are available for immediate download after payment. Delivery time will be clearly stated before checkout.
What file formats will I receive ?
Depending on the package selected, you may receive:
• PDF files suitable for printing
• Additional formats if specified on the product page
Each package clearly lists included formats.
Can I download the files more than once?
Yes. You will be able to download your purchased files from your account area. Download limits, if any, are specified at checkout. However, we will disable downloads if we notice suspicious downloads. For example, downloading the file 10 times each day.

What am I allowed to build with one purchase?
A single purchase grants you the right to build the house once on one site.
Can I build the same design multiple times?
No. If you intend to build the design multiple times, you must purchase additional licenses or contact us for a developer license.
Can I resell or redistribute the drawings?
No. You may not resell, share, distribute, upload, or modify the drawings for resale in any form.
Can I share the files with my contractor?
Yes. You may share the files with your contractor, engineer, surveyor, quantity surveyor, and local authorities strictly for the purpose of constructing your home.
Can I modify the plan after purchase?
Yes. Minor modifications can be requested. These may include:
• Adjusting room sizes
• Reconfiguring kitchen layout
• Moving internal walls
• Changing window sizes

Can you mirror the plan?
Yes. Most designs can be mirrored left to right. This is useful if your site access or sun orientation requires it.

Do you provide stamped drawings?
No. Stamping must be done by a licensed professional in your jurisdiction.

What software were the drawings created in?
Plans are created using professional architectural software. Editable files, if included, are provided in DWG format compatible with most CAD programs.
What paper sizes are the PDFs formatted for?
PDFs are typically formatted for standard sheet sizes such as A1, A3, or similar. This will be stated on the plan page. However, we recommend printing the plans in not less than an A3 sized paper
Are the drawings dimensioned in metric or imperial?

Can I rotate the design on my site?
