Shipping & Delivery Timelines
All of our products are delivered digitally. This means there is no physical shipping involved, and you won’t need to wait for any items to be transported or delivered.
 
Instant Delivery
Once your payment is completed successfully, your order is processed immediately.
You’ll get instant access to your files through the download link provided on the confirmation email and also via  your account section.
This allows you to access your plans immediately and start reviewing or using them right away.
 
No Physical Shipping
We do not ship printed drawings or any physical materials.
All plans are provided in digital format, which you can download, store, print, or share with your builder or contractor as needed.
We recommend printing in an A3 sized paper.
 
Accessing Your Files
After purchase, you can access your files through:

• Your email (download link)
• Your account dashboard (if you created one)
If you don’t see your download link, we recommend checking your spam or junk folder.
 
Delivery Time Factors
While delivery is instant on our end, your ability to access the files may depend on:
• Your internet connection speed
• File size (typically 10MB to 30MB)
• Device performance or storage availability
 
Download Availability
Your files remain available for download after purchase for a period of 1 year, so you can access them again if needed.
We recommend saving a backup copy on your device or cloud storage for future use.
After the 1 year elapses, your download may not be available again.
We sometimes remove old plans, from the website, update some plans and this might not be the 100 percent same with the one you bought.
However, you can still request for your files via our contact form.
